In a nutshell, what is Subnet Construction?
We are a home builder in the Philippines that provides a wide range of design and build services hence, our slogan “designing dreams, building realities.”
Do you build houses or do you just sell?
Subnet does both. We build houses based on our clients’ preferred designs or our own designs. We also sell houses designed by our own architectural team.
What is included in your house construction package?
Our standard house construction package includes the following: standard structural framing as per structural design and specs of our engineer, general specification of finishes, concrete hollow blocks wall plastered and painted, long span pre-painted roofing, ceiling works, 60x60cm floor tiles finished, bathroom fixtures included (water closet, lavatory, and telephone shower), bathroom wall tiles finished, kitchen granite counter top with kitchen counter and hanging cabinet, electrical works (switch and power outlet included with ordinary lights and receptacles), sanitary and water line, engineered door (for internal door), solid wood door for external wall, and analok aluminum windows. Site developments such as landscaping, retaining wall, perimeter/compound wall, fence, and gate are all considered as additional works.
What is your timeline for the completion of a construction project?
Once we start the construction phase, it will usually take us 6 to 8 months to complete depending on the design, location, and finishing ordered.
Do you accept loan for construction? I am an OFW.
Yes, we accept construction project with financial assistance from the bank of your choice or other loan companies. We can assist our OFW clients in processing their construction loan from the said loan company by getting the required documents, coordinating with the bank representative, and monitoring the process of your loan. As for Pag-IBIG, the loan application process will be an individual process. Hence, you have to go to a Pag-IBIG office near you for more information.
Do you offer pre-selling houses?
Yes, nearly all our projects are pre-selling. In the past, in case we had a plan to build a ready for occupancy (RFO) houses, it would be pre-sold before start or completion or as soon as our clients knew we were about to build it.
Aside from design and construction, what else does SubNet Construction do?
We provide a wide range of design and build services including but not limited to architectural design, residential and commercial construction, and real estate.

Our office is located at 8th Floor, CyberOne Building, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Philippines.
What are the locations that your service covers?
We serve within Metro Manila area and nearby provinces such as Bulacan, Pampanga, and some selected places in CALABARZON region. But if you have other preferred location for your construction project, you may set an appointment with us for FREE consultation.
